NetaWin processes personal data (name, contact details, address, support status) on behalf of the political candidates and campaign teams who use this platform, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

Your rights

• View which campaigns hold a record of you, and what consent you've granted them.
• Withdraw consent for a specific purpose or channel at any time.
• Download a copy of your data (JSON or CSV).
• Request erasure of your data — processed within 72 hours of your request.

Use the self-service portal to exercise any of these rights after verifying your mobile number.

Cross-border data processing

AI-generated campaign content (drafts, speeches, rebuttals) is processed by a third-party AI provider whose infrastructure may be located outside India, including in the United States. No voter personal data is sent to this provider as part of that processing — only campaign content prompts.
